Sample Entry:

[[ there seems to be a very happy looking young girl on the feed. it's a close-up of her smiling face and rather large (and oddly colored) eyes as she tries to, with little success, prop the phone up. after a few fumbles, she gives up, opting to hold the phone out in front of her instead. ]] Ah, hello, everyone! Good day to you! [[ she does a small curtsy to the camera, although most of the action is below the frame and remains unseen. ]]

I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to let you all know I found something nice! [[ she pauses, leaning over to grab something. it's a CD! and, since nia is pointing it the wrong way, it's easy to tell it's not scratched beyond repair. ]] I believe this is one of those discs that play music, yes? I do not have the device that makes it play, but if any of you have one, I would be happy to share this with you!

I'm sure it will be a very fun time. Please, do let me know if you wish to partake! [[ and she beams, as if listening to classical music with others is her idea of a super fun time and she just can not wait to do it! ]]

Sample Entry Two:

Nia wasn't very happy with the lack of food in Haven. Cooking was something she enjoyed very much: it was her job, after all! And it was a hobby she adored. She understood there wasn't much she could do about it, and she was thankful for the food she could find to sustain herself, but the itch to cook something was getting her nerves up a little.

And what added insult to injury was the fact she found cooking equipment. Granted, it was only one very beaten and rusty pan, but it was something! And she couldn't use it at all! She wanted to make meals for all the lovely people that had helped her during her time there. There wasn't a lot Nia could do, but she could cook, and it was bothersome to her to not be able to repay others' kindness and good deeds in the way she knew best. The woes of being a (terrible) cook in the middle of a land of rubble and cans of "spam" and unfamiliar beans.

"I will find something else to do for them...!" she speaks to herself, but she carries a tone of confidence and reassurance that should generally be reserved for cheering up other people. But, that's not how Nia rolls, so her small, one-person pep talk continues, "There must be something else I can do. I just have to find it, first!"
