APARTMENT OOC PLANNING POST

It has been mentioned that a catch-all planning post for the apartments/housing spiral would be helpful. There is a different comment header for each housing block, and each separate apartment. This is a place to mention any changes that have been made by the characters (such as new furniture, a huge hole in the wall from a spell gone wrong, etc). It is also a place to mention any other supplies that have been brought in, and to plot between housemates if needed.

You can find the main apartment listings here, and the basic layout of both the housing spiral and each individual housing block is provided below for reference. Thank you!

Sophie's a healer!! More of a combat medic than anything, but she can take care of the basic stuff. So she'll definitely offer to help if she ever sees anyone hanging around injured.

...She also doesn't bathe very often, unless specifically reminded to (ie. when Cheria, who does not live in this apartment, makes her), so feel free to make note of the stinky kid.

WHO'S TAKING WHAT BUNK

less importantly, sakura would be a pretty quiet roommmate. not unfriendly, but she keeps to herself all most of the time and probably won't be seen inside the apartment much until night because EXPLORING!!! and hanging out with her friends(?)/people from her world. IF SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANYBODY TO WAKE HER SHE'LL BE SLEEPING IN A LOT, THOUGH...

a roommate would get a Nod of Acknowledgement, at least. maybe a hi.

oh, and all she has with her is a change of clothes, but she'd probably go out a lot to collect/scavenge any kind of useful stuff so whoever is bunking with her would probably have like... half the storage cabinet to themself. sorry... (she'll try to keep things organized to the best of her ability)

In the grand tradition of falling asleep in inappropriate places, Minato can be found dozing off on the sofa rather frequently after going out to look for supplies. ...it's probably better not to wake him up.

As of this log on ooc date 3/26/14 (or thereabouts), there is an Audrey II living in the communal area of Housing Block 5, in the corner between the two sofas.

His name is Seymour, and he's Cecil's baby. I mean pet. As of the end of March, he's about five feet tall, requires the equivalent of one human body in blood per month to survive, and can talk. And sing.

I'll be NPCing him now that he talks until he's inevitably razed/moved, planned with Ciel's player for about a month from now.

Please contact me (I'm Frog, Cecil's player) if needed in the meantime if you intend to injure, strongly antagonize, try to move, or have plot-related threads with him. Feel free to handwave positive CR or small negative CR (feeding him blood, watering, talking to, cutting off leaves, hitting with thunder spells, cursing at).

Please don't kill, maim, or take Seymour from the area at this time. Plot with Ciel or Cecil's mun about this, and you can join in when it happens sometime down the road! Thanks~

EDIT: As of 8/17/14, Wan helped Cecil move Seymour to the rooftop of Apartment 20. You can now find him there!

It might be important to note that Masaomi and Alice have stolen sheets, blankets, and pillows from the empty beds and turned their room into a pillow fort.

When Hinata finds the spirals carved on the doors he's gonna be getting rid of that thing so fast. SO YEAH.

ROOFTOP

With Wan's room transfer to 20.3, the garden has been moved there as well. No more wandering around on the roof. :)

Technically the rooftop is a communal area, right?

Anyway, Wan's started a potted plant tea garden up on the roof and access can only be gained if he's working in it (Because he creates stairs up via earthbending) or by flying and/or climbing up somehow.

There's a stone shade area (think thick stone cage/trellis) he's created over the corner of the roof above 12.1 where he's put his Audrey II plant to keep it safe and corralled from people getting easy access to it so random passers by don't get bit accidentally. There is also a stone storage area where he has started drying out the tea plants for future use in actual brewing.

Wan is usually up on the roof once a day in the mornings (barring events) and can likely be heard walking around up there every once in a while.

As of June 5th 2014 (ooc date), the spirals on the doors have been gotten rid of, as Hinata pointed them out and Sonia took special offense and had her castmates help sand them off and such.

As per here, this means they can (currently) sleep in other housing blocks but not away from the spiral.

Sonia has claimed the lefthand bottom bunk, and has a sheet hanging from up above as a makeshift privacy screen, tucked under the mattress in the top bunk. She keeps her belongings neatly in her part of the storage cabinet at the front of her bunk, and has been known to clean the room with fair regularity.
