Byakuya Togami | Dangan Ronpa | Not Reserved (3/3)

Sample Entry:

[A simple phone message is all this is. No video, there's no need to let these people see his face, now, is there? Having been in this... place... for several hours now, Togami has pieced together enough information, and it's time to break his silence.]

To those responsible for my being here, I have a message for you.

[He pauses after saying this. Whether they would listen or not, he would give the people in charge of this game time to hear him.]

You have made a grave mistake in bringing me here. I would not be in the mood to play this idiotic game on any day, and in bringing me to this kind of place after where I was before, I have no interest in delaying the inevitable.

[Another pause. He'd let this sink in.]

You will be defeated. You will be destroyed. You have let me live and set me free to work, and I will dedicate myself to ending you. You, and any that assist, cooperate, or in any way sympathize with you, will be ground into the dust until history has forgotten your name. It's too late to apologize: you have dug your grave, and now you will lie in it.

That is all.

[And with that, he hangs up. The message is clear, and he has had his first move. Now, it was time to see what the opposition would do.]

Sample Entry Two:

Scavenging for food wasn't a very dignified task. Being a high class, elite person like he was, Togami wasn't used to preparing his own meals very often, let alone needing to dig through filthy shops undoubtedly swarming with vermin in order to find said meals. In the weeks prior to arriving in this dump of a city, he'd at least learned the basics of cooking for himself, but compared to what he had to do now, finding sustenance in Hope's Peak Academy was a walk in the park on a clear day without a soul to bother him.

Sifting through debris and empty containers, Togami used his hands more than his eyes as he delicately searched for something edible. There could be any number of sharp and potentially deadly objects in there, disease was a principle concern, and he took great care to go slowly. His hand grazed something heavy, heavy and cylindrical, and he wrapped his fingers around it quickly and pulled it out. A satisfied grin grew across his face to see his prize: a whole can of beef chunks in gravy. It was terrible food, undoubtedly unhealthy as it got and with a taste that a refined palate like his own would find objectable, but it was food. Better than food, it was meat, and meat was a luxury as far as he'd seen in his brief time in Haven. If nothing else, he could trade it to one of the more carnivorous in town for something more palatable.

Stuffing the can in a pocket, he headed out the door and kept his eyes and ears open as he headed toward home. There hadn't yet been an attack on his person, but supplies were scarce here, he knew that, and a desperate or lazy person might decide that preying on the weak would be the easiest way to build up. They would find Togami was no weakling, but he was still in no hurry at all to invite a fight. No... there would be plenty of fighting later, hopefully with loyal subjects to do the heavy work for him, all in due time. Hurrying home, he went over his plans once more, grand and sweeping, all interconnected and all with contingincies, just in case.

Haven was a mystery, and it was a challenge. Byakuya Togami would rise to that challenge, so help him. Whoever brought him here, they would not bring him down.
