Guide to using the communities

As with most community-based roleplays on dreamwidth, Haven has two IC communities to interact in - the main community, and the logs community. These are used a little differently in each game, so this is a guide on how to use them in Haven.

Main Community havenrpg
All open things go here, action or network. It's primarily action brackets, but prose is allowed in the main community as well. If a post is either entirely, or in part, open to the whole game, it belongs in the main community. Posts with sections are allowed:

Part One : Joe makes a network call to Angie
Part Two : Joe makes a network call to all the characters
Part Three : Joe can be found wandering in the town

Logs Community havenlogs
This is for private posts between two characters, or a small group of characters. For example, Joe and Angie want to talk privately about the last event - this goes in the logs community. Or a group of individuals hold a party, this is the logs community. Posts here can be action brackets or logs.
