Event/plot clue to be added: Alphonse would find a short article about Wei Yao, head of the Yao Corporation. The article says he is a widower with one daughter, and he had begun funding two brilliant young scientists after he was diagnosed with terminal kidney disease. They hoped to find the key to everlasting life and great strides were being made in their research.
