Event/plot clue to be added: Minako found information regarding remote brainwashing, making the subject unable to say or do anything against the Yao Corporation. It is also noted the only person this has been conducted on is Stefan Lowritz. The effects can be reversed if the generator in Haven East supplying the power is destroyed.
