Sasuke Uchiha | Naruto | Reserved

Specifically to his clan, Sasuke has inherited the blood-line trait, Sharingan which has since expanded to the Mangekyou Sharingan in the time-jump. This allows him to perform blood-line specific abilities [track movements, memorize other jutsu, craft illusions/genjutsu and control other beings as well as summoning the ‘inextinguishable' black fire, Amaterasu, and Susanoo, a large warrior-type summon that not only provides defense but can attack as well (sword and bow/arrow)]. Since gaining his brother’s eyes, the side-effect of blindness that came from overuse with one’s own eyes is supposedly negated. One of his more devastating attacks remains Kirin, which requires certain natural situations to be in place to call upon, but essentially results in a large lightning strike from the sky destroying the area it hits.

He also appears to have made a new contract allowing him to summon a hawk. When this was made, however, was never stated, and the extent what he can call upon is unknown, though a hawk of sufficient size to ride upon was summoned. He also retains the ability to summon snakes, of various sizes as well.

Recent stats show that he is quite capable in most areas of the shinobi arts – taijutsu [physical skills], genjutsu [illusions] and ninjutsu [all other ninja skills requiring chakra]. In addition to these skills, he also wields Kusanagi, his chokuto, with due proficiency along with many of the weapons of his world [kunai, various types of shuriken, wire, etc]. Given his history and its training, Sasuke does have a fair amount of stamina in the physical sense and can go through multiple fights against difficult opponents while still holding his own (though they quite obviously wear on him and injuries have occurred). Additionally, given his time with Orochimaru, it has been noted that Sasuke has developed resistance to a number of poisons, particularly those involving snakes.

Aside from canon-specific abilities, Sasuke remains a very intelligent young fighter and is considered a "genius" in by those in his canon. While his emotions can, and have, affected him regarding his decisions, he stills retains an ability to look ahead to see what is needed to achieve his goals but also to think quickly on the spur of a moment, such as in the midst of battle.

Items/Weapons: From Sasuke’s canon point, he retained his chokuto, Kusanagi, a set of kunai and “bracers” that acted essentially as an additional weapon store – seals are placed over them, allowing the user to instantly call forth a number of them (shuriken was seen most often) simply by touching over the seals themselves.

Sample Entry: [A dimmed scene, the kind that implies a comfortable familiarity with those underworld types. Dingy yellow light spills over the scene from somewhere off to the left, and though the setting itself looks relatively clean, there’s a certain slick of ill-used that seems to infiltrate it all. But, that may just be the lighting. . .

Whatever the cause, it seems to affect the current occupant little. A young man stands just a little to the right, back to a countertop. Alone from the looks of it, and just a bit battered, clothes speckled with dirt and blood.

Dark eyes center on the screen, the hostility evident. Hardened with anger, indignation.]

As far as I can tell, this isn’t the last world I was in. [A point made clear when those eyes flash red for a brief instant.] What I want is any information about this place you may have . . .or the way out.

[The tone is chilled in its matter-of-fact nature. The young man shifts, pushing away from the counter and reaching for the device.]

If you can’t provide any of those, don’t waste my time.

Sample Entry Two:

A breath, then it came. That quick, four-step dance to set up the kill, and in its wake, Sasuke merely watched as the creature staggered, then fell. A final groan is given, chest rising and falling hard with the effort. At its end, he simply sheathed Kusanagi and turned his back to it all.

Set and done.

There was blood in the air now, something he considered momentarily (what others would it now attract) only to brush it aside with a tip of his head. Because it wouldn’t matter. Whatever came, he would take it on until the path was clear. Though, how long this darkness would stretch on for. . .he didn’t know. But, there had been a way in. There would be a way out.

And that was why he moved. The direction was linear. No second-guessing which step to take or how, though he was conscious enough to cloak his own footfalls, to pull Silence to his side. He could hear the faint skitterings of smaller things, whether they were akin to that creature or simply mice roaming the tunnel. . .again, what did it matter in the end? If they stayed out of his way, all the better for them.

If not. . .

His fingers coiled back towards his palm, all preparation and steel-set resolve. Fighting for what was needed, what was wanted (and he wanted nothing more than his way back out of this wretched wasteland) was not something he would balk from. Not even in this place.

As for the others. . .well, that would be another matter.
